Eligibility Requirements

     Are you interested in joining the National Guard? The first step is to make sure you meet the minimum eligibility requirements.

Practice ASVAB
Every recruit must take the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB). This standardized test measures your aptitude in eight different areas. The results help to determine your strengths and to place you in an MOS that optimizes your ability to succeed.
Enlistment Options
There’s more than one way to enlist in the National Guard. Whether you’re still in high school, already in college or planning to earn your diploma, service in the National Guard can help you get ahead and achieve your goals.
