Mission

To promote the well-being for service members and their families; helping them with self-reliance and resiliency by offering information, services, referrals, and proactive outreach opportunities throughout the entire deployment cycle.

Vision

As a cooperative network of military services, Veteran service organizations, Federal and State governmental departments, and other agencies that provide information, resources, referral, and proactive outreach to service members, spouses, employers, and youth throughout the deployment cycle. Additionally, it is a flexible family support system focused on meeting the needs of deployed service members and geographically dispersed families.
