AR NG Tuition Waiver Program

  • In accordance with Act No. 471 of 2017 (codified at Ark. Code Ann. §6-61-112) The Adjutant General of Arkansas (TAG), Major General Mark H. Berry proposes to establish a rule for the waiver of in-state tuition for all Arkansas National Guardsmen. Notice of this rule-making is published in the Arkansas Democrat- Gazette May 25-27, 2017. A copy of the proposed rule is available for inspection between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the following location: The Arkansas Military Department, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Building 7300, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72199. The proposed rule is also available for review at the Arkansas Military Departments website (http://www.arguard.org). A copy of the proposed rule may be obtained upon written request to the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate. All comments must be submitted in writing to the Arkansas Military Department, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Box 29, Building 7300, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72199-9600 or via email to LTC Jeffrey Wood at Jeffrey.d.wood42.mil@mail.mil no later than June 27, 2017.
